To protect yourself from possible 13th stepping ( untreated active sexually addicted men or women ) you need to establish personal boundaries & enforce them diligently. If you are a newcomer to 12 step recovery programs for any type of problems & anyone approaches you before, during or after the meeting & asks you out on a date or tries to get romantically involved with you just say no thank you I am here for recovery. That responsibility is your's & your's alone as no one will do that for you or feel sorry for you if you get hurt. |
